Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Skyle Flowers & Gifts Shop, we strive to deliver your flowers and gifts fresh, on time, and with care. Please review our delivery policy below.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery within Nairobi and its environs. Specific zones and applicable delivery fees are outlined at checkout. For deliveries outside Nairobi, please contact us directly to check availability and pricing.


2. Same-Day Delivery

  • Available for orders placed before [cutoff time, e.g., 12:00 PM] on the desired delivery date
  • Applies to select areas within Nairobi
  • Same-day delivery carries an additional fee, displayed at checkout
  • We cannot guarantee same-day delivery during peak periods (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) — we recommend ordering at least 2–3 days in advance during these times

3. Scheduled Delivery

  • You may select a preferred delivery date and time window at checkout
  • We will do our best to honour your preferred time slot, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and operational factors
  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is out for delivery

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on your location within Nairobi. The applicable fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. We occasionally offer free delivery promotions — follow our social media pages to stay updated.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our rider will attempt delivery at the provided address and contact the recipient via phone
  • If the recipient is unavailable after one attempt, a re-delivery fee may apply
  • Skyle Flowers & Gifts Shop is not liable for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address or an unreachable recipient

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp or SMS notification with delivery status updates. For real-time updates, you may contact us directly via WhatsApp at 0142 844854.


7. Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to maintain the freshness and presentation of your flowers and gifts. For fresh flowers, we use water-retaining packaging to preserve quality during transit.


8. Special Occasions & Bulk Orders

For corporate orders, events, or bulk gifting, please contact us at least 5–7 business days in advance to ensure availability and timely fulfillment.
